Next exhibition Food Ingredients Europe will take place on 3, 4  et 5 december 2019 at Parc des expositions Paris Nord Villepinte. During this fair FI GLOBAL will present the startup innovation challenge.

The most exciting innovations are coming from small start-ups who are largely unknown to the wider industry. Since 2016, Food Ingredients Global is pleased to present some of the most ground-breaking Food and Beverage solutions currently being developed. This year’s edition makes no exception with 20 exciting innovations answering the challenges of tomorrow’s customers.

Foodinnov is a partner to FI Global Startup Innovation challenge and has contributed in the pre selection of startups, which will be presented in 4 categories :

  • ‘Most innovative Food or Beverage Ingredient’ category
  • ‘Most innovative Plant or Cereal-based Food/Beverage Ingredient’ category
  • ‘Most innovative Alternative Food/Beverage Ingredient’ category
  • ‘Most innovative process, Technology  or Service supporting the F&B industry’ category

Vincent Lafaye, CEO of Foodinnov Group, will be a member of the advisory board who will audit and judge the start-ups on 2nd December.

FI Europe visitors will be able to get a presentation of the finalists of the 2019 Fi Global Startup Innovation Challenge at the Industry Insights Theatre on 3rd December and meet them at the Startup Lounge during the show.

Winners will be announced same day after presentations.
